How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your order in real-time.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

🔄 EXCHANGES

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products.

What items are not eligible for exchange?

Products that are used, washed, damaged, or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

How do I request an exchange?

Contact our support team with your order number and exchange request.
